What the private demo is

Access to the product is granted by hand, on request, and is personal: it is not transferable and it is not a public service.

The demo exists to show the product working. The set of features may change, and individual capabilities may appear and disappear without notice.

Availability

During the demo we make no availability commitments: the service may be unavailable for updates or for technical reasons. Service levels are agreed separately, in a rollout contract.

Acceptable use

In using the product you agree not to:

• Pass your access to anyone else or use an account that is not yours
• Attempt to work around access limits, authentication or data isolation
• Upload third-party data without a legal basis for processing it
• Generate load that degrades the service for others
• Probe the security of the product without our written agreement

Your content

Recordings, transcripts and assessment results belong to the company using the product. We process them to provide the service, and within the limits set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may use the audio of your training calls to improve the quality of the system. Those recordings stay yours: we do not hand them to other customers and we do not sell them.

You are responsible for having a legal basis to process the data of the people you bring into training or assessment, and for telling them about it.

Our materials

The site, the product, their design, copy, training scenarios and scoring criteria are ours. Demo access transfers no rights in them.

The methods we reference in the site materials belong to their authors; we build on them as open sources and show where every criterion comes from.

What a person decides

The product does not make decisions about people. A score is material for a decision a person makes, and a person reviews it on request. A score may not be the sole basis for rejecting a candidate.

Liability

During the demo the product is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of training or assessment results, nor for indirect losses. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.

Ending access

You may give up access at any time. We may end access if these terms are broken or if the demo ends; in the second case we give notice in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force; material changes are announced to everyone who has access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where Peremovyny is registered. Disputes are settled there too, unless the law or a separate contract says otherwise.
